De nouvelles exigences r\u00e9centes poussent aussi \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation de drivers offrant un meilleur rendement, qui consomment moins d\u2019\u00e9nergie et qui d\u00e9gagent moins de chaleur.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les moteurs pas-\u00e0-pas d\u00e9crochent lorsque la rotation du moteur d\u00e9vie du signal de commande. \u00c9viter le d\u00e9crochage est la premi\u00e8re priorit\u00e9 pour assurer la commande stable et pr\u00e9cise d\u2019un moteur pas-\u00e0-pas, et on y parvient en fournissant du courant suppl\u00e9mentaire pour assurer une certaine marge de man\u0153uvre au moteur. La surveillance en temps r\u00e9el du couple moteur et le retour de courant, \u00e0 l\u2019aide de capteurs suppl\u00e9mentaires et d\u2019un contr\u00f4leur MCU sophistiqu\u00e9, sont \u00e9galement n\u00e9cessaires pour am\u00e9liorer le rendement et r\u00e9duire l\u2019\u00e9chauffement. Un autre moyen d\u2019am\u00e9liorer le rendement et de r\u00e9duire l\u2019\u00e9chauffement est de r\u00e9duire la r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat passant du MOSFET int\u00e9gr\u00e9, ce qui diminue les pertes de puissance lors du fonctionnement.<\/p>\n<p>Le TB67S289FTG est le premier driver de moteur pas-\u00e0-pas profitant du syst\u00e8me AGC (Active Gain Control, ou contr\u00f4le de gain actif) de Toshiba, qui \u00e9vite le d\u00e9crochage et am\u00e9liore le rendement. L\u2019AGC permet au driver de surveiller le moteur et le couple, et optimise automatiquement la commande du moteur sans l\u2019aide d\u2019un MCU suppl\u00e9mentaire. En fonctionnement, le nouveau TB67S289FTG emp\u00eache les pertes de pas et les d\u00e9crochages, tout en optimisant automatiquement le courant du moteur selon le couple requis. Ce driver offre des r\u00e9solutions d\u2019un pas, d\u2019un demi-pas, et de 1\/4, 1\/8, 1\/16 et 1\/32 de pas, afin de r\u00e9duire le bruit et les vibrations. Le dispositif comprend plusieurs fonctions de d\u00e9tection d\u2019erreurs int\u00e9gr\u00e9es, signalables par MCU (coupure thermique, coupure en cas de surintensit\u00e9, blocage en cas de tension insuffisante, et d\u00e9tection de rupture de charge moteur), qui contribuent \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et la fiabilit\u00e9. Il supporte aussi le s\u00e9quencement \u00e0 l\u2019allumage d\u2019un entra\u00eenement unique. Par rapport aux solutions actuelles, le TB67S289FTG r\u00e9duit la consommation du moteur jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 80%, offrant ainsi des gains significatifs en mati\u00e8re de rendement et d\u2019\u00e9chauffement, sans compter sur la faible r\u00e9sistance \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tat passant de 0.46\u03a9 (haute + basse typique).<\/p>\n<p>Le rendement peut encore \u00eatre am\u00e9lior\u00e9 si ce nouveau driver de moteur pas-\u00e0-pas est support\u00e9 par le syst\u00e8me Toshiba ACDS (Advanced Current Detection System, ou syst\u00e8me de d\u00e9tection de courant \u00e9volu\u00e9). Le syst\u00e8me de surveillance et de contr\u00f4le de courant sans r\u00e9sistance de d\u00e9tection prend moins de place, et fait appel \u00e0 moins de composants externes sur le circuit imprim\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><a
