D&rsquo;abord il affiche la consommation d&rsquo;une intensit&eacute; de repos de 5 &micro;A en mode veille et seulement de 0,9 &micro;A de courant de d&eacute;charge &agrave; l&rsquo;arr&ecirc;t. Ensuite, sa tr&egrave;s faible chute de tension de 0,6 V &agrave; 600 mA permet un fonctionnement accru jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; ce que la tension de fonctionnement de la batterie tombe &agrave; une valeur proche de la tension de sortie. De plus, les larges gammes de tension d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e de 4,5 V &agrave; 36 V (40 V max.) et de sortie de 1,2 V &agrave; 18 V lui permettent une utilisation dans des applications comme celles de l&rsquo;avionique, des &eacute;quipements lourds, de stockage de l&rsquo;&eacute;nergie dans des batteries d&rsquo;accumulateurs et d&rsquo;automatisation&nbsp;des usines et de la robotique.<br \/>\nLe circuit comprend l&rsquo;inductance, les commutateurs de puissance, le contr&ocirc;leur DC\/DC et les circuits additionnels, en un bo&icirc;tier BGA de 6,25 x 11,25 x 3,42 mm. Le rendement pour un fonctionnement &agrave; 3,3 V en sortie, &agrave; 600mA, &agrave; partir de 5 V, 12 V et 24 V en entr&eacute;e est de respectivement de 84%, 79% et 75%.&nbsp;A 17 &deg;C, la mont&eacute;e en temp&eacute;rature de la jonction est minimale dans le cas d&rsquo;une conversion de 36 V en entr&eacute;e &agrave; 3,3 V en sortie, pour une intensit&eacute; de 600 mA. Ce r&eacute;gulateur fonctionne avec une fr&eacute;quence de commutation comprise entre 200 kHz et 2,2 MHz, tr&egrave;s pratique pour les applications qui maintiennent le niveau de bruit de commutation dans une certaine gamme de fr&eacute;quence. En plus d&rsquo;une conversion positive-positive, ce composant peut &ecirc;tre &eacute;galement utilis&eacute; pour r&eacute;guler une tension de sortie n&eacute;gative. <\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\"
