Les versions de classes H et MP sont garanties pour fonctionner, respectivement, sur les gammes de temp&eacute;ratures de jonction de -40 &deg;C &agrave; 150 &deg;C et de -55 &deg;C &agrave; 150 &deg;C.<br \/>\nCe circuit travaille sur une gamme de tensions d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e de 4,5 V &agrave; 38 V au d&eacute;marrage mais accepte jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 2,5 V apr&egrave;s le d&eacute;marrage et peut r&eacute;guler une tension de sortie aussi &eacute;lev&eacute;e que 60 V. De puissants drivers peuvent commander les grilles des MOSFET canal N de 1,20 ohm, pr&eacute;sents sur la puce, avec des temps de mont&eacute;e tr&egrave;s courts. L&rsquo;architecture &agrave; mode courant, la sortie d&rsquo;horloge et la modulation de phase du composant permettent&nbsp;une mise en parall&egrave;le facile de plusieurs d&rsquo;entre eux pour un fonctionnement jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 12 phases. Ce contr&ocirc;leur fonctionne sur une fr&eacute;quence synchronis&eacute;e par boucle &agrave; verrouillage de phase de 75 kHz &agrave; 850 kHz, ou sur une fr&eacute;quence fixe pouvant &ecirc;tre s&eacute;lectionn&eacute;e de 50 kHz &agrave; 900 kHz.
