Les deux circuits op&egrave;rent avec des tensions d&rsquo;alimentation entre 2,7 V et 5,5 V. Ils sont ainsi adapt&eacute;s &agrave; une vaste vari&eacute;t&eacute; d&rsquo;applications industrielles tout en r&eacute;pondant aux besoins des nouveaux et futurs designs basse tension.<br \/>\nLes nouveaux coupleurs de Toshiba sont con&ccedil;us pour la transmission de donn&eacute;es &agrave; haute vitesse et offrent des taux de transfert typiques de 20Mbit\/s. Ils sont ainsi parfaitement adapt&eacute;s &agrave; des interfaces de communication dans des syst&egrave;mes automatis&eacute;s de production, des &eacute;quipements de mesure et de contr&ocirc;le et des appareils domestiques num&eacute;riques. Des sorties en totem pole permettent des mises en &oelig;uvre aussi bien pour fournir que pour tirer du courant (sink\/source).<br \/>\nLes deux nouveaux circuits int&eacute;gr&eacute;s contiennent un photod&eacute;tecteur haute vitesse optiquement coupl&eacute; &agrave; une diode &eacute;lectroluminescente (DEL) GaAlAs. Les courants de seuil d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e et d&rsquo;alimentation s&rsquo;&eacute;tablissent respectivement &agrave; 3,5 mA et 3 mA au maximum pour le circuit r&eacute;f&eacute;renc&eacute; TLP2766, et &agrave; 5 mA et 4mA dans le cas du circuit TLP2768.
