Le bo&icirc;tier TO-220 Fullpak &eacute;limine le besoin d&rsquo;une isolation additionnelle et simplifie donc la conception tout en am&eacute;liorant la fiabilit&eacute; globale du syst&egrave;me. Bas&eacute;s sur la technologie planaire propri&eacute;taire &eacute;prouv&eacute;e, ces transistors s&rsquo;av&egrave;rent particuli&egrave;rement &agrave; l&rsquo;aise en mode lin&eacute;aire et dans les applications automobiles n&eacute;cessitant des MOSFET fiables et robustes pour commander d&rsquo;importantes charges inductives. Ils sont sujets &agrave; des tests statiques et dynamiques, combin&eacute;s &agrave; une inspection visuelle des tranches de silicium automatis&eacute;e &agrave; 100%, dans le cadre de l&rsquo;initiative de qualit&eacute; automobile d&rsquo;IR visant le z&eacute;ro d&eacute;faut. La qualification AEC-Q101 impose une modification maximale de 20% pour la Rds(on) apr&egrave;s 1000 cycles de test en temp&eacute;rature. Toutefois, les tests pouss&eacute;s effectu&eacute;s montrent ici une d&eacute;rive de Rds(on) inf&eacute;rieure &agrave; 10% apr&egrave;s 5000 cycles de temp&eacute;rature, prouvant la robustesse des mat&eacute;riaux employ&eacute;s.
