Jusqu&rsquo;ici, les solutions de diagnostic utilis&eacute;es pour superviser ces moteurs &eacute;taient &agrave; la fois encombrantes et co&ucirc;teuses, et faisaient notamment appel &agrave; des &eacute;quipements de thermographie infrarouge, &agrave; des analyseurs de vibrations, et &agrave; des appareils capables de contr&ocirc;ler pr&eacute;cis&eacute;ment la qualit&eacute; de l&rsquo;alimentation &eacute;lectrique.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom:0cm;margin-bottom:.0001pt;line-height:normal\">Ce circuit est une solution toute int&eacute;gr&eacute;e contenant un microcontr&ocirc;leur, un calculateur &agrave; micro-logiciel pr&eacute;-charg&eacute; et un convertisseur analogique-num&eacute;rique (CAN) de pr&eacute;cision. Il est utilisable entre -40 &deg;C et +85 &deg;C. Ses interfaces capteurs, souples et configurables, permettent la mesure du courant, de la tension, de la vitesse, des vibrations, de la position, et de la temp&eacute;rature. En supervisant jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 10 capteurs simultan&eacute;ment et en calculant le temps moyen jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; la prochaine panne MTBF et la consommation d&rsquo;&eacute;nergie, il est possible d&rsquo;&eacute;valuer l&rsquo;&eacute;tat de sant&eacute; du moteur. De plus, plusieurs circuits peuvent &ecirc;tre install&eacute;s simultan&eacute;ment sur un grand nombre de moteurs. Le micro-logiciel pr&eacute;-charg&eacute; r&eacute;duit les temps de d&eacute;veloppement, en permettant aux utilisateurs d&rsquo;acc&eacute;der facilement aux mesures des diff&eacute;rents capteurs. Le CAN de pr&eacute;cision permet de calculer l&rsquo;&eacute;nergie avec une incertitude inf&eacute;rieure &agrave; 0.5%, contre 5% dans le cas d&rsquo;une solution classique &agrave; microprocesseur.<br \/>\nLe faible co&ucirc;t et la simplicit&eacute; d&rsquo;utilisation de ce composant permettent sa mise en &oelig;uvre sur des moteurs en location, ou sur des petits moteurs d&eacute;nu&eacute;s de fonctions de diagnostic int&eacute;gr&eacute;es, ou encore sur des syst&egrave;mes &eacute;quip&eacute;s d&rsquo;entra&icirc;nements s&eacute;par&eacute;s.<\/p>\n<p
