L&rsquo;A4405 offre les trois sorties de l&rsquo;A4407 sans la sortie ajustable. L&rsquo;A4406 est une version r&eacute;duite de la pr&eacute;c&eacute;dente avec une 5 V suiveur\/prot&eacute;g&eacute; lin&eacute;aire r&eacute;gul&eacute;e, une de 3.3 V lin&eacute;aire contr&ocirc;leur\/driver de FET. Sur ces deux derni&egrave;res versions, la sortie 5 V prot&eacute;g&eacute;e suit la sortie 3.3 V alors que l&rsquo;A4407 d&eacute;livre une entr&eacute;e pour piloter la r&eacute;f&eacute;rence du 5 V prot&eacute;g&eacute; du r&eacute;gulateur suiveur de la sortie 3.3 V ou de la seconde sortie 5V. Le temps ON du pr&eacute;-r&eacute;gulateur buck est ajust&eacute; en interne en fonction de la tension d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e permettant de maintenir la fr&eacute;quence de d&eacute;coupage &agrave; 2.2 MHz. Ce pr&eacute;-r&eacute;gulateur buck utilis&eacute; pour abaisser la tension d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e avant d&rsquo;alimenter des r&eacute;gulateurs lin&eacute;aires assure un tr&egrave;s bon rendement. Il est con&ccedil;u pour travailler &agrave; une fr&eacute;quence nominale de d&eacute;coupage rapide de 2.2 MHz. Elle permet au concepteur de s&eacute;lectionner des valeurs d&rsquo;inductance et de capacit&eacute; c&eacute;ramique faibles tout en &eacute;vitant les interf&eacute;rences &eacute;lectromagn&eacute;tiques dans la bande radio AM.<br \/>\nCes trois composants int&egrave;grent un blocage en sous tension, une limitation en courant impulsion par impulsion, une protection en court-circuit sur la broche LX et une protection thermique. Dans le cas d&rsquo;une charge en court-circuit, tous les r&eacute;gulateurs lin&eacute;aires passent en protection et la sortie 5 V est prot&eacute;g&eacute;e contre un court-circuit batterie. Ils incluent &eacute;galement deux entr&eacute;es de validation, une logique et une haute tension, limit&eacute;es en courant et en tension ainsi qu&rsquo;une sortie pour fournir le reset &agrave; un microcontr&ocirc;leur avec une temporisation programmable.<\/p>\n<p>Le circuit &agrave; quatre sorties est propos&eacute; en boitier TSSOP 24 et les deux autres en TSSOP 20.
