Les versions P2020 sont compos&eacute;es d&rsquo;un bo&icirc;tier en plastique organique avec une technologie de connexion par fil, alors que le P4080 est con&ccedil;u &agrave; l&rsquo;aide de la technologie de puce retourn&eacute;e sur un substrat organique, avec un couvercle sup&eacute;rieur et un dissipateur thermique int&eacute;gr&eacute; situ&eacute; sous le couvercle.<br \/>\n&quot;Nous sommes heureux d&rsquo;obtenir la qualification de ces deux produits bas&eacute;s sur des structures tr&egrave;s diff&eacute;rentes.
