Lors de mesures sur un seul canal, il atteint 17,2 bits sans bruit &agrave; la fr&eacute;quence de 250 k&eacute;ch\/s et 22 bits sans bruit &agrave; 5 &eacute;chantillons par seconde.<br \/>\nCe circuit comprend des p&eacute;riph&eacute;riques int&eacute;gr&eacute;s de haute pr&eacute;cision, parmi lesquels un oscillateur de r&eacute;f&eacute;rence &agrave; 2,5 V, &plusmn;2,5 ppm\/&deg;C et un oscillateur interne &agrave; &plusmn;2,5 %, qui r&eacute;duisent l&rsquo;espace occup&eacute; sur la carte ainsi que le co&ucirc;t de la nomenclature, tout en maintenant un niveau de performances &eacute;lev&eacute;. Dot&eacute; de filtres num&eacute;riques int&eacute;gr&eacute;s qui optimisent le temps d&rsquo;&eacute;tablissement, la r&eacute;solution et la r&eacute;jection de la fr&eacute;quence du r&eacute;seau &eacute;lectrique, ce convertisseur peut &eacute;galement &ecirc;tre configur&eacute; canal par canal, ce qui autorise diff&eacute;rents d&eacute;bits de transmission des donn&eacute;es en sortie et diff&eacute;rents filtres, tout en corrigeant les erreurs de gains et d&rsquo;offset au niveau de chaque canal. <br \/>\nEncapsul&eacute; en bo&icirc;tier TSSOP 24 contacts, ce composant ne consomme que 7.8 mA au total et fonctionne sur la plage &eacute;tendue de temp&eacute;rature de &minus;40 &deg;C to +105 &deg;C.
