Conform&eacute;ment aux imp&eacute;ratifs de fiabilit&eacute; des applications de contr&ocirc;le de couple, le circuit comporte des fonctions de diagnostic compl&egrave;tes ainsi qu&rsquo;un amplificateur rapide &agrave; faible bruit. Plut&ocirc;t que de configurer le pr&eacute;-driver &agrave; l&rsquo;aide de r&eacute;sistances externes, 6 octets d&rsquo;EEPROM permettent de nombreuses configurations tout en r&eacute;duisant le nombre de broches n&eacute;cessaires. Son faible &eacute;chauffement et son nombre de broches r&eacute;duit permettent au MLX83203 de pr&eacute;senter une plus petite empreinte que les autres pr&eacute;-drivers triphas&eacute;s du march&eacute;. Il en un encombrement inf&eacute;rieur, un nombre de composants moindre, et davantage de souplesse au niveau conception. D&rsquo;autres composants du m&ecirc;me type seront lanc&eacute;s dans les mois &agrave; venir. Le MLX83203 est initialement pr&eacute;vu pour fonctionner jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 150&deg;C, et une version qualifi&eacute;e jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 175&deg;C est pr&eacute;vue dans un futur proche. D&rsquo;autres membres de cette famille de produits supporteront un courant moyen et le contr&ocirc;le de moteurs &agrave; courant continu.<br \/>\nLa large plage d&rsquo;utilisation de 4.5V &agrave; 28V, et la topologie d&rsquo;amor&ccedil;age (bootstrap) compl&eacute;t&eacute;e par l&rsquo;&eacute;tage pompe de charge, permettent le fonctionnement de l&rsquo;&eacute;tage &agrave; l&rsquo;aide de NFET de niveau standard sans perte de performance lors du d&eacute;marrage ou de l&rsquo;arr&ecirc;t, tout en permettant le contr&ocirc;le m&ecirc;me au cours du d&eacute;marrage. La pompe de charge peut &ecirc;tre configur&eacute;e pour appliquer une protection d&rsquo;inversion de polarit&eacute; du c&ocirc;t&eacute; NFET. En mode sommeil le circuit ne consomme que 30 &micro;A de courant de veille. Un produit &agrave; 10 MHz de bande passante de gain assure des temps de stabilisation de l&rsquo;amplificateur de shunt inf&eacute;rieurs &agrave; 1 &micro;s pour un asservissement rapide en courant. Son gain est programmable dans une large plage de 8 &agrave; 48, et la gamme d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e peut &ecirc;tre configur&eacute;e de compl&egrave;tement sym&eacute;trique jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; pleine &eacute;chelle. L&rsquo;&eacute;tage de puissance (VDS, VGS) ainsi que les diff&eacute;rentes tensions d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e sont supervis&eacute;es &agrave; l&rsquo;aide de comparateurs permettant d&rsquo;assurer un diagnostic syst&egrave;me complet. Une interface s&eacute;rie rapide fournit le retour de diagnostic au microcontr&ocirc;leur.<br \/>\nGr&acirc;ce &agrave; ses larges possibilit&eacute;s de configuration et &agrave; sa temp&eacute;rature d&rsquo;utilisation &eacute;lev&eacute;e, cette famille de pr&eacute;-drivers est utilisable non seulement pour les syst&egrave;mes de direction, mais aussi pour les ventilateurs de refroidissement moteur, les souffleries, les pompes &agrave; eau, &agrave; huile ou &agrave; essence, aux actionneurs de bo&icirc;te de vitesses et aux essuie-glaces. La famille comprendra 3 mod&egrave;les triphas&eacute;s pour moteurs CC sans balais, et 2 mod&egrave;les biphas&eacute;s pour moteurs CC &agrave; balais.
