Il combine un transpondeur LIN &agrave; couche physique (conforme LIN 2.x et SAEJ2602) et un r&eacute;gulateur de tension 5V &agrave; sortie RESET pour le microcontr&ocirc;leur syst&egrave;me. Il est compatible broche &agrave; broche avec les dispositifs LIN courants comme l&rsquo;ATA6620\/25\/31 ou le TJA1028.<br \/>\nProduit en technologie HV-CMOS 0.35&micro;m, ce transpondeur est optimis&eacute; pour une consommation minimale (15 &micro;A seulement en mode veille). Sa gestion d&rsquo;&eacute;nergie int&eacute;gr&eacute;e permet son &quot;r&eacute;veil&quot; &agrave; partir du bus LIN lui-m&ecirc;me, ou directement &agrave; l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un microcontr&ocirc;leur ou de toute autre source externe. Gr&acirc;ce &agrave; sa capacit&eacute; &agrave; g&eacute;n&eacute;rer un signal RESET en sortie, il permet de r&eacute;duire au minimum les circuits externes n&eacute;cessaires au microcontr&ocirc;leur.<br \/>\nLe MLX80050 est &eacute;galement en mesure de r&eacute;pondre aux exigences CEM (compatibilit&eacute; &eacute;lectromagn&eacute;tique) accrues des syst&egrave;mes de bus &agrave; fil unique, tout comme &agrave; celles du &quot;Cahier des charges des interfaces LIN, CAN et Flexray pour applications automobiles&quot;, d&eacute;fini par les constructeurs automobiles allemands. Pour assurer son autoprotection, le CI est &eacute;quip&eacute; d&rsquo;une limitation de courant et d&rsquo;une coupure thermique int&eacute;gr&eacute;es, ainsi que d&rsquo;une protection contre la rupture de charge 40V. En outre, le MLX80050 est prot&eacute;g&eacute; contre les d&eacute;charges &eacute;lectrostatiques (ESD) &gt; 20 kV en cas de d&eacute;charge directe, et &gt;15 kV en cas de d&eacute;charge indirecte (selon IEC61000-4-2).<br \/>\n&quot;Le comportement CEM des CI sur bus LIN est critique pour les applications automobiles.
