En d&eacute;pit de leur taille miniature, les valeurs typiques de &quot;drop-out&quot;, soit la diff&eacute;rence de tension entre l&rsquo;entr&eacute;e et la sortie, ne s&rsquo;&eacute;l&egrave;vent qu&rsquo;&agrave; 160 mV avec une tension de 2,5 V et un courant de 150 mA en sortie. En outre, &agrave; tout juste 35 &mu;Vrms pour une sortie &agrave; 2,5 V et 10 mA, ces circuits LDO pr&eacute;sentent un bruit typique minime pour cette classe de bo&icirc;tier. Une faible r&eacute;ponse aux transitoires de charge de seulement 55 mV typiques, pour des courants de sortie se situant entre 1 et 150 mA, contribue aussi &agrave; leur performance &eacute;lev&eacute;e.<br \/>\nCes composants sont disponibles en tensions de sortie fixes entre 1 et 3,6 V, avec la possibilit&eacute; d&rsquo;un ajustement individuel au pas de 50 mV. Ils sont pr&eacute;sent&eacute;s dans un bo&icirc;tier CMS SDFN4 ultra miniature qui ne n&eacute;cessite qu&rsquo;un espace de 0,8 x 0,8 mm sur la carte &eacute;lectronique. Cet espace minimal est aussi d&ucirc; &agrave; la possibilit&eacute; d&rsquo;utiliser de petits condensateurs en c&eacute;ramique sur l&rsquo;entr&eacute;e et la sortie. Tout en &eacute;conomisant de l&rsquo;espace, ces r&eacute;gulateurs incluent cependant des niveaux &eacute;lev&eacute;s de protection afin de diminuer le besoin de composants additionnels externes.
