Ils sont d&eacute;clin&eacute;s en plusieurs versions, int&eacute;grant toutes 256 Ko de RAM et dot&eacute;es de 1 Mo &agrave; 2 Mo de m&eacute;moire flash. En plus, toute la s&eacute;rie int&egrave;gre 32 Ko de m&eacute;moire flash de donn&eacute;es E2, supportant 100 000 cycles de r&eacute;&eacute;criture pour faciliter le stockage des donn&eacute;es. L&rsquo;encapsulation propos&eacute;e est le bo&icirc;tier LQFP afin de r&eacute;pondre aux contraintes d&rsquo;une grande vari&eacute;t&eacute; d&rsquo;applications embarqu&eacute;es exigeant de 100 &agrave; 176 broches. De plus, ces mod&egrave;les sont dot&eacute;s d&rsquo;une unit&eacute; optionnelle de cryptage des donn&eacute;es DEU qui permet aux utilisateurs de b&eacute;n&eacute;ficier de fonctions de codage\/d&eacute;codage conform&eacute;ment au standard AES. Le moteur de cryptage supporte AES avec des longueurs de cl&eacute; de 128, 192 et 256 bits.<br \/>\nComme les versions pr&eacute;c&eacute;dentes, ces circuits offrent jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; trois canaux d&rsquo;interface CAN 2.0B, deux interfaces USB h&ocirc;tes &quot;full speed&quot;, USB OTG et device, et une interface Ethernet MAC IEEE 802.3, compatible MII et RMII pour une connexion simple &agrave; un PHY. Ormis les mod&egrave;les en bo&icirc;tiers de 64 et 48 broches, ils incluent &eacute;galement une unit&eacute; EXDMAC qui assure le transfert de donn&eacute;es sur un bus externe ind&eacute;pendamment de l&rsquo;occupation du bus interne. Cela leur permet de supporter facilement des solutions avec &eacute;crans plats TFT ayant des r&eacute;solutions jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; QVGA ou WQVGA, m&ecirc;me s&rsquo;il n&rsquo;y a pas de contr&ocirc;leur d&eacute;di&eacute; LCD utilis&eacute; dans l&rsquo;application.<br \/>\nCes composants comprennent &eacute;galement une horloge temps r&eacute;el RTC fonctionnant jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 2 V qui assure une r&eacute;duction significative de la consommation d&rsquo;&eacute;nergie. Ce module RTC inclut aussi une fonction de d&eacute;tection anti-piratage qui g&egrave;re elle-m&ecirc;me les changements d&rsquo;&eacute;tat du syst&egrave;me via trois broches pendant que l&rsquo;alimentation du CPU est coup&eacute;e et donc en mode inactif. Il prend aussi en charge de l&rsquo;horodatage des &eacute;v&egrave;nements.<br \/>\nConcernant l&rsquo;environnement de d&eacute;veloppement, deux niveaux d&rsquo;&eacute;mulateurs sont propos&eacute;s. La version &eacute;conomique E1 Emulator, qui peut faire &eacute;galement office de programmeur de flash, et la version haut de gamme E20 Emulator qui comprend les fonctions de trace, de surveillance de RAM et autres fonctionnalit&eacute;s avanc&eacute;es.
