Chaque circuit peut ainsi effectuer du traitement parall&egrave;le avec des fonctions cl&eacute;s comme le filtrage ou le calcul arithm&eacute;tique pour offrir une performance optimale. Ces composants sont disponibles avec 768 Ko ou 1024 Ko de m&eacute;moire Nano Flash-100 et 64 Ko de SRAM. Cette m&eacute;moire flash &agrave; haute vitesse et faible consommation supporte des op&eacute;rations &agrave; temps d&rsquo;attente nul &agrave; 100 MHz. Cette approche permet au c&oelig;ur ARM de pleinement exploiter la performance sup&eacute;rieure et la densit&eacute; de code des applications exigeant &agrave; la fois une vitesse &eacute;lev&eacute;e et de vastes capacit&eacute;s de m&eacute;moire. Parmi les fonctions additionnelles int&eacute;gr&eacute;es figurent un contr&ocirc;leur DMA 6 canaux, un CAN 12 bits et 20 canaux, un CNA 10 bits &agrave; 2 canaux, deux temporisateurs 16 bits, un temporisateur 32 bits, un temporisateur chien de garde et une horloge temps r&eacute;el. Un compteur d&rsquo;impulsions &agrave; 2 phases peut servir pour la d&eacute;tection de la diff&eacute;rence de phase, de la vitesse et de la position.<br \/>\nCes composants sont fournis dans un bo&icirc;tier TFBGA &agrave; 289 broches de 11 x 11 mm, avec 228 ports universels d&rsquo;E\/S. La connectique int&eacute;gr&eacute;e comprend des interfaces s&eacute;rie 64 Mbit\/s qui sont bien adapt&eacute;es aux applications &agrave; capteurs, ainsi qu&rsquo;une interface I2C et un UART avec jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 8 canaux. Ces circuits op&egrave;rent &agrave; partir d&rsquo;une seule alimentation de 2,7 V &agrave; 3,6 V. Un pas d&rsquo;horloge de 1\/2 &agrave; 1\/16 et des modes d&rsquo;attente Idle, Stop1 et Stop2 contribuent &agrave; r&eacute;duire la consommation, avec des courants pouvant descendre &agrave; tout juste 0,5 mA\/MHz.
