La capacit&eacute; &agrave; pleine charge est assur&eacute;e sur toute la plage des temp&eacute;ratures de l&rsquo;industrie, de -40 &deg;C &agrave; +85 &deg;C.<br \/>\nCette s&eacute;rie offre &eacute;galement le plus haut niveau de sensibilit&eacute; &agrave; l&rsquo;humidit&eacute; avec un MSL de 1 et est compatible avec une temp&eacute;rature de brasage de pointe de 245 &deg;C, conform&eacute;ment &agrave; la norme J-STD-020D. L&rsquo;absorption et la r&eacute;tention de l&rsquo;humidit&eacute; peuvent s&rsquo;av&eacute;rer un probl&egrave;me majeur pour de nombreux composants mont&eacute;s en saillie pr&eacute;sentant un MSL moins &eacute;lev&eacute;, car d&rsquo;importantes contraintes peuvent &ecirc;tre g&eacute;n&eacute;r&eacute;es quand la pi&egrave;ce est soumise &agrave; la mont&eacute;e en temp&eacute;rature rapide et tr&egrave;s &eacute;lev&eacute;e du brasage sans plomb.
