Les deux s&eacute;ries pr&eacute;sentent aussi des caract&eacute;ristiques tension &ndash; courant bidirectionnelles non lin&eacute;aires similaires &agrave; celles des diodes Zener t&ecirc;te-b&ecirc;che, mais avec l&rsquo;avantage suppl&eacute;mentaire d&rsquo;un courant plus &eacute;lev&eacute; et de meilleures caract&eacute;ristiques d&rsquo;acheminement de l&rsquo;&eacute;nergie, ainsi qu&rsquo;une att&eacute;nuation des interf&eacute;rences &eacute;lectromagn&eacute;tiques et radio&eacute;lectriques. Les deux s&eacute;ries offrent des terminaisons Ni\/Sn pour la soudure sans plomb ou avec des terminaisons Pd\/Ag pour l&rsquo;assemblage hybride.<br \/>\nLes versions standard sont propos&eacute;es en bo&icirc;tiers pour montage en surface 0201 &agrave; 2220, ainsi qu&rsquo;avec des broches axiales et radiales. Leurs tensions de fonctionnement couvrent une gamme de 3,3 V &agrave; 85 V continus bien adapt&eacute;e &agrave; de multiples d&rsquo;applications professionnelles, industrielles et commerciales.<br \/>\nLes versions Automobile sont disponibles en bo&icirc;tiers pour montage en surface 0402 &agrave; 2220, ainsi qu&rsquo;avec des broches axiales et radiales. Leur gamme de tensions de fonctionnement va de 5,6 V &agrave; 85 V continus. Qualifi&eacute;e AEC-Q200, cette s&eacute;rie pr&eacute;sente des caract&eacute;ristiques de courant &eacute;lev&eacute; et d&rsquo;acheminement de hautes &eacute;nergies, une possibilit&eacute; de multi d&eacute;clenchements et une r&eacute;ponse inf&eacute;rieure &agrave; 1 ns &agrave; des pics de d&eacute;charges &eacute;lectrostatiques.
