Il s&rsquo;agit des A1318LLHLX-1-T, A1318LLHLT-2-T et A1319LLHLX-5-T programm&eacute;s avec les sensibilit&eacute;s respectives de 1.35 mV\/G, 2.5 mV\/G et 5.0 mV\/G.<br \/>\nCes capteurs &agrave; effet Hall ratiom&eacute;triques d&eacute;livrent une tension de sortie proportionnelle au champ magn&eacute;tique appliqu&eacute;. La tension de sortie &agrave; champ nul (Offset) est ajust&eacute;e &agrave; environ 50% de la tension d&rsquo;alimentation. Leur pr&eacute;cision est am&eacute;lior&eacute;e gr&acirc;ce &agrave; une optimisation en fin de ligne. En effet, chaque composant int&egrave;gre une m&eacute;moire non volatile pour optimiser la sensibilit&eacute; du composant et la tension de sortie &agrave; champ nul pour une application donn&eacute;e.<br \/>\nLe coefficient en temp&eacute;rature unique de la sensibilit&eacute; et de la tension de sortie &agrave; champ nul est programm&eacute; en temp&eacute;rature &agrave; l&rsquo;usine pour maximiser la pr&eacute;cision et minimiser la distribution des tol&eacute;rances. Ces deux composants fournissent une sortie faible bruit de 13 mV p-p, avec une sensibilit&eacute; de 5.0 mV\/G sur le A1319, et une faible susceptibilit&eacute; EMI &agrave; diverses fr&eacute;quences. Ils supportent aussi un niveau de rafraichissement rapide de 20 KHz pour les applications &agrave; large bande passante.
