Il peut r&eacute;aliser des rendements aussi &eacute;lev&eacute;s que 92% et ne requiert qu&rsquo;un courant de repos de 12 &micro;A, ce qui maximise l&rsquo;autonomie sur batterie et &eacute;limine les probl&egrave;mes thermiques. Une fonction de limitation du courant de sortie, programmable par l&rsquo;utilisateur, peut fixer l&rsquo;intensit&eacute; de sortie entre 10 mA et 100 mA, ce qui r&eacute;duit le besoin en composants externes surdimensionn&eacute;s et prot&egrave;ge les sources de fortes imp&eacute;dances. Ce circuit peut &ecirc;tre programm&eacute; pour des tensions de sortie fixes de 1,8 V, 3,3 V ou 5 V ou encore, un diviseur r&eacute;sistif peut &ecirc;tre utilis&eacute; pour programmer les tensions de sortie de 0,8 V &agrave; Vin. Son bo&icirc;tier MSOP thermiquement renforc&eacute; pr&eacute;sente l&rsquo;espacement suppl&eacute;mentaire des broches n&eacute;cessaire aux entr&eacute;es de forte tension. La combinaison du bo&icirc;tier miniature et de seulement trois petits composants externes permet d&rsquo;obtenir une r&eacute;alisation d&rsquo;empreinte tr&egrave;s compacte pour une grande vari&eacute;t&eacute; d&rsquo;applications.<br \/>\nCot&eacute; haut, les MOSFET internes de puissance, synchrones, ne consommant que 12 &micro;A &agrave; vide tout en maintenant la r&eacute;gulation de la tension de sortie, rendent ce composant bien adapt&eacute; aux applications aliment&eacute;es en permanence sur batterie. Gr&acirc;ce &agrave; la stabilit&eacute; inh&eacute;rente au convertisseur, aucune compensation ext&eacute;rieure n&rsquo;est requise, ce qui simplifie la mise en &oelig;uvre et minimise l&rsquo;empreinte de la r&eacute;alisation. Les caract&eacute;ristiques suppl&eacute;mentaires incluent une r&eacute;f&eacute;rence de tension pr&eacute;cise de 0,8 V &plusmn;1% pour la boucle de r&eacute;gulation, un d&eacute;marrage progressif interne ou externe et une sortie du comparateur de boucle qui permet la mise en parall&egrave;le de plusieurs circuits pour les applications de plus forte intensit&eacute;.<br \/>\nLa version de classe de temp&eacute;ratures industrielles LTC3639IMSE est garantie pour fonctionner avec une temp&eacute;rature de jonction de -40 &deg;C &agrave; 125 &deg;C et celle de classe automobile LTC3639HMSE de -40 &deg;C &agrave; 150 &deg;C.
