En particulier, le mod&egrave;le AUIRFS8409-7P encapsul&eacute; en bo&icirc;tier D2Pak-7P offre une Rds(on) maximale aussi basse que 0,75 mOhm avec une tenue en courant allant jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 240 A. Ces composants combinent de faibles pertes en conduction et des performances robustes en avalanche pour am&eacute;liorer le rendement, la densit&eacute; de puissance et la fiabilit&eacute; du syst&egrave;me.
