Produits en technologie HV-CMOS 0.35 &micro;m, ils sont optimis&eacute;s pour une consommation de courant minimale de seulement 15 &micro;A en mode veille. La gestion de veille int&eacute;gr&eacute;e permet le &quot;r&eacute;veil&quot; &agrave; partir du bus LIN lui-m&ecirc;me ou directement par un microcontr&ocirc;leur ou d&rsquo;autres sources externes. En g&eacute;n&eacute;rant un signal de r&eacute;initialisation (RESET) de sortie, ils permettent de r&eacute;duire au maximum les circuits externes n&eacute;cessaires au microcontr&ocirc;leur auquel ils sont connect&eacute;s. En utilisant un transistor bipolaire externe, il est possible d&rsquo;augmenter le courant de sortie dans le cas o&ugrave; le r&eacute;gulateur interne ne peut pas supporter le niveau de courant n&eacute;cessaire &agrave; l&rsquo;application sp&eacute;cifique.<br \/>\nCes dispositifs r&eacute;pondent &eacute;galement aux exigences croissantes en mati&egrave;re de compatibilit&eacute; &eacute;lectromagn&eacute;tique CEM pour les syst&egrave;mes de bus &agrave; fil unique, ainsi qu&rsquo;au &quot;Cahier des charges mat&eacute;riel des interfaces LIN, CAN et Flexray pour applications automobiles&quot; &eacute;tabli par les constructeurs automobiles allemands. A des fins d&rsquo;autoprotection, ces circuits sont &eacute;quip&eacute;s d&rsquo;un limiteur de courant de charge et d&rsquo;un dispositif de coupure thermique int&eacute;gr&eacute;s, ainsi que d&rsquo;une protection contre les ruptures de charge 40V. De plus, ils pr&eacute;sentent un tr&egrave;s haut niveau de r&eacute;sistance aux d&eacute;charges &eacute;lectrostatiques (ESD) avec une protection sup&eacute;rieure &agrave; 20 kV en cas de d&eacute;charge directe, et &agrave;15 KV en cas de d&eacute;charge indirecte selon la norme IEC61000-4-2.
