Enfin, ces blocs embarquent un circuit de polarisation int&eacute;gr&eacute; et affichent une tenue aux d&eacute;charges &eacute;lectrostatiques de Classe 1C de +1,5 kV.<br \/>\nLes mod&egrave;les ADL5544 et ADL5545 disposent d&rsquo;un gain fixe de respectivement 17,4 dB et 24,1 dB et d&rsquo;un OIP3 de 34,9 dBm et 36,4 dBm &agrave; 900 MHz. Leur point de compression &agrave; 1 dB (P1dB) est respectivement de 17,6 dBm et 18,1 dBm &agrave; cette m&ecirc;me fr&eacute;quence. Ils int&egrave;grent un circuit de contr&ocirc;le &agrave; polarisation et affichent un faible courant de repos de 56 mA sous 5 V.<br \/>\nLes versions ADL5610 et ADL5611 offrent respectivement un gain fixe de 18,4 dB et 22,1 dB avec un OIP3 de 38,4 dBm et 38,5 dBm et un point de compression &agrave; 1 dB (P1dB) de 20,6 dBm et 21,0 dBm &agrave; 900 MHz. Leur facteur de bruit est de 2,1 dB &agrave; cette fr&eacute;quence et leur courant de repos n&rsquo;est que de 90 mA sous 5 V.<br \/>\nCes amplificateurs RF peuvent &ecirc;tre ais&eacute;ment associ&eacute;s &agrave; diff&eacute;rents circuits int&eacute;gr&eacute;s propri&eacute;taires pour former une cha&icirc;ne du signal, de l&rsquo;antenne aux bits et retour. Dans les &eacute;metteurs, les amplis ADL5544 et ADL5545 conviennent aux modulateurs I\/Q tels que les r&eacute;f&eacute;rences ADL5385, AD8345, AD8346 et AD8349, ainsi qu&rsquo;au m&eacute;langeur RF ADL5801.
