Ainsi, ils permettent de r&eacute;duire le nombre de composants, et donc l&#8217;empreinte globale sur la carte, par rapport aux designs conventionnels &agrave; base de MOSFET discrets.<br \/>\nCes circuits fonctionnent avec une tension d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e de 1.1 V &agrave; 5.5 V et une tension de commande minimum (VCT) de 0.9 V. Ils offrent de tr&egrave;s faibles pertes pour un courant de charge de 500 mA gr&acirc;ce &agrave; leur tr&egrave;s faible r&eacute;sistance &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;tat passant (ON), variant entre 49 et 83 mW pour une tension d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e respective allant de 5 V &agrave; 1.8 V. En outre, les pertes intrins&egrave;ques sont maintenues &agrave; un niveau minimum gr&acirc;ce &agrave; des courants de repos et de veille de seulement 80 nA et 50 nA. Le courant de fuite &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;tat coup&eacute; (OFF) est de l&rsquo;ordre de 14 nA dans la plage de temp&eacute;ratures d&rsquo;utilisation de -40 &deg;C &agrave; +85 &deg;C.<br \/>\nCes commutateurs de charge int&egrave;grent un contr&ocirc;leur de pente permettant de r&eacute;duire au maximum le risque des dommages provoqu&eacute;s par les appels de courant. Les versions TCK107\/108G disposent aussi d&rsquo;une fonction d&rsquo;autod&eacute;charge assurant un meilleur contr&ocirc;le de la charge. Enfin, on peut choisir entre les versions &quot;actif Haut&quot; pour le TCK108G ou &quot;actif Bas&quot; pour les TCK106\/107G.
