Son architecture en mode abaisseur-&eacute;l&eacute;vateur &agrave; faible niveau de bruit offre une transition continue, sans gigue, entre les modes abaisseur et &eacute;l&eacute;vateur, bien adapt&eacute;e aux applications RF et sensibles au bruit qui doivent maintenir une tension de sortie constante avec une source d&rsquo;alimentation d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e variable. Le rendement pouvant atteindre 95% &eacute;tend l&rsquo;autonomie des syst&egrave;mes aliment&eacute;s sur batterie. La fr&eacute;quence de commutation est programmable par l&rsquo;utilisateur de 100 kHz &agrave; 2 MHz et peut &ecirc;tre synchronis&eacute;e &agrave; une horloge externe.<br \/>\nLes circuits abaisseurs-&eacute;l&eacute;vateurs PWM propri&eacute;taires assurent un faible niveau de bruit et un haut rendement tout en minimisant la taille des composants externes. La combinaison de petits composants externes et du bo&icirc;tier TSSOP-20E conduit &agrave; une solution d&rsquo;empreinte compacte.<br \/>\nLa temp&eacute;rature de jonction de la version classe H est garantie de -40 &deg;C &agrave; +150 &deg;C ou garantie et test&eacute;e de -55 &deg;C &agrave; +150 &deg;C pour la version de classe MP. Pour les deux versions, les sp&eacute;cifications &eacute;lectriques sont identiques &agrave; celles des classes industrielles, notamment une consommation r&eacute;duite de 50 &micro;A &agrave; vide en fonctionnement Burst-Mode et de seulement 3 &micro;A &agrave; l&rsquo;arr&ecirc;t.
