Ce circuit est fabriqu&eacute; suivant le proc&eacute;d&eacute; SOI CMOS de 90 nm de finesse de gravure et b&eacute;n&eacute;ficie d&rsquo;une bonne tol&eacute;rance contre les irradiations, en termes de dose d&rsquo;ionisation totale et de rayonnement ionisant lourd. <br \/>\nLa version d&eacute;di&eacute;e aux applications spatiales est produite sur site d&rsquo;assemblage flipchip haute fiabilit&eacute; d&rsquo;e2v qui est certifi&eacute; conforme &agrave; la norme MIL-PRF-38535 QML niveaux Q et V, ainsi qu&rsquo;&agrave; la norme a&eacute;ronautique AS\/EN9100. Elle est &eacute;galement propos&eacute;e avec la certification spatiale &agrave; la norme QML classe Y. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une norme a&eacute;rospatiale en cours de finalisation qui s&rsquo;adresse sp&eacute;cifiquement aux technologies des semi-conducteurs assembl&eacute;s en flipchip non-herm&eacute;tiques.<br \/>\nLe d&eacute;veloppement de ces produits certifi&eacute;s pour les applications spatiales offre des avantages significatifs &agrave; la communaut&eacute; spatiale, y compris pour les calculateurs sur une carte unique pour les charges embarqu&eacute;es telles que l&rsquo;observation optique ou radar de la Terre et les transmetteurs-r&eacute;cepteurs de satellites
