Ces circuits de conversion sont actuellement les premiers &agrave; int&eacute;grer un convertisseur analogique-num&eacute;rique (CAN) discret, une r&eacute;f&eacute;rence haute pr&eacute;cision, un capteur de temp&eacute;rature pour la compensation de jonction froide, et une interface &agrave; bus 1-Wire, dans une m&ecirc;me puce. Cette interface assure le raccordement d&rsquo;un grand nombre de dispositifs sur le m&ecirc;me bus de communication. Un microcontr&ocirc;leur peut lire &agrave; tout moment le statut de d&eacute;faut pour assurer la disponibilit&eacute; et &eacute;viter des r&eacute;parations co&ucirc;teuses.<br \/>\nEchantillonn&eacute;s en bo&icirc;tier TDFN 10 broches &agrave; connexions expos&eacute;es, de seulement 3 x 4 x 0.75 mm, ces convertisseurs fonctionnent dans la plage de temp&eacute;rature -40 &deg;C &agrave; +125 &deg;C.
