Les commandes de grilles sont configur&eacute;es en trois commandes high-side haute tension et trois commandes low-side. Les 3 commandes high-side sont isol&eacute;es jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 600V pour permettre un fonctionnement haute tension des moteurs, et utilisent une capacit&eacute; de bootstrap pour fournir une tension sup&eacute;rieure &agrave; la tension de commande des grilles requise par les MOSFET canal N. Chaque MOSFET peut &ecirc;tre contr&ocirc;l&eacute; avec un niveau logique TTL compatible avec les syst&egrave;mes 3.3V et 5V<br \/>\nUne seule tension d&rsquo;alimentation fournit l&rsquo;alimentation des grilles et la charge des condensateurs de bootstrap. Un r&eacute;gulateur interne permet d&rsquo;alimenter la logique interne. L&rsquo;A4900 int&egrave;gre des mesures internes pour s&rsquo;assurer que les tensions grille-source des transistors high-side et low-side sont sup&eacute;rieures &agrave; 9V en fonctionnement.<br \/>\nLes entr&eacute;es de commande de l&rsquo;A4900 fournissent un solution tr&egrave;s flexible pour beaucoup d&rsquo;applications de commande moteur.
