L&rsquo;IRS2505L peut &ecirc;tre configur&eacute; pour fonctionner en configuration flyback, abaisseur (buck) ou &eacute;l&eacute;vateur (boost) PFC en conduction critique.<br \/>\nCe circuit int&eacute;gr&eacute; embarque un oscillateur en roue libre avec contr&ocirc;le du d&eacute;lai d&rsquo;activation (on time) et de d&eacute;sactivation (off time) du MOSFET de puissance &eacute;l&eacute;vateur. Le contr&ocirc;le du temps d&rsquo;activation permet de maintenir une tension de sortie de bus DC pr&eacute;cise et constante tout en fournissant un courant d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e principale AC sinuso&iuml;dal, pour obtenir un facteur de puissance &eacute;lev&eacute; et une distorsion harmonique totale tr&egrave;s faible. Le d&eacute;lai de d&eacute;sactivation est d&eacute;termin&eacute; par un bloc de d&eacute;tection de courant nul dans l&rsquo;inductance, qui ne n&eacute;cessite pas de second bobinage, racourcissant encore la liste des composants.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;IRS2505L pr&eacute;sente une large gamme de tensions d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e et de charges, une tension de sortie de bus DC r&eacute;gul&eacute;e et un niveau de tension de bus DC programmable. Parmi les fonctions de protection figurent une protection en surtension du bus DC, une protection programmable contre les pics de courant du MOSFET et une protection contre les d&eacute;charges &eacute;lectrostatiques int&eacute;gr&eacute;e sur chaque broche.
