A vide, le fonctionnement en Burst Mode r&eacute;duit le courant de repos d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e &agrave; 16 &micro;A, et la pompe de charges de rapport 1 &agrave; 2 accro&icirc;t les possibilit&eacute;s quant au courant de sortie &agrave; environ deux fois la valeur de l&rsquo;intensit&eacute; d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e. Ce circuit convient &agrave; une vari&eacute;t&eacute; d&rsquo;applications concernant le contr&ocirc;le industriel, les dispositifs d&rsquo;automatisation des usines, les capteurs, la t&eacute;l&eacute;surveillance et l&rsquo;acquisition de donn&eacute;es SCADA, les alimentations domestiques, ainsi que les r&eacute;gulateurs de tension &agrave; amplification de courant pour boucles de courant de 4 &agrave; 20 mA.<br \/>\nCe dispositif fonctionne soit en pompe de charges en mode abaisseur, d&rsquo;usage g&eacute;n&eacute;ral, avec des rapports de conversion 1 &agrave; 2 ou 1 &agrave; 1, soit en r&eacute;gulateur shunt pour doubler l&rsquo;intensit&eacute;. En mode normal, le rapport de conversion est choisi en fonction de la tension d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e Vin, de la tension de sortie Vout et de la charge. La commutation entre les modes de conversion est automatique. En mode shunt, le rapport de 1 &agrave; 2 donne la possibilit&eacute; au composant de g&eacute;n&eacute;rer une tension de sortie r&eacute;gul&eacute;e &agrave; partir d&rsquo;une source de courant en entr&eacute;e, avec presque deux fois l&rsquo;intensit&eacute; disponible aux bornes de la charge. Par exemple, cette caract&eacute;ristique permet &agrave; une boucle de courant de 4 mA d&rsquo;alimenter en continu une charge &agrave; 7,4 mA avec une tension de sortie r&eacute;gul&eacute;e de 3,3V. Le circuit supporte une inversion de polarit&eacute; des tensions d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; -52 V et un court-circuit en sortie sans dommage. Ses caract&eacute;ristiques de s&eacute;curit&eacute;, incluant une limitation du courant de sortie et une protection contre les d&eacute;passements de temp&eacute;rature, accroissent encore sa robustesse.<br \/>\nCe composant est propos&eacute; en bo&icirc;tiers DFN 10 broches, de 3 x 3mm, de faible profil (0,75 mm), et MSOP 10 broches avec une semelle pour des performances thermiques renforc&eacute;es. Les classes E et I fonctionnent sur la gamme de temp&eacute;ratures de jonction de -40 &deg;C &agrave; +125 &deg;C et la classe H de -40 &deg;C &agrave; +150 &deg;C.
