Il poss&egrave;de une r&eacute;f&eacute;rence de tension interne de 2,048 V (20ppm\/&deg;C) et un buffer pour la r&eacute;f&eacute;rence. Un r&eacute;seau diviseur en entr&eacute;e d&eacute;finit les niveaux et les d&eacute;calages de niveau du signal d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e, &eacute;liminant ainsi les circuits complexes requis pour interfacer directement de vrais signaux bipolaires.<br \/>\nCe circuit est le premier d&rsquo;une famille de CAN SAR 18 bits, offrant la compatibilit&eacute; de brochage et de logiciel, &agrave; interface s&eacute;rie, fonctionnant &agrave; des vitesses de 250 k&eacute;ch.\/s &agrave; 1 M&eacute;ch\/s. Une famille &agrave; compatibilit&eacute; de brochage 16 bits et 18 bits, &agrave; entr&eacute;es bipolaires pseudo-diff&eacute;rentielles LTC2328-18 sera &eacute;galement propos&eacute;e.<br \/>\nLe buffer de la r&eacute;f&eacute;rence de tension interne propri&eacute;taire maintient le niveau d&rsquo;erreur inf&eacute;rieur &agrave; 1 ILSB pendant des conversions inopin&eacute;es, ce qui autorise une conversion isol&eacute;e apr&egrave;s de longues p&eacute;riodes d&rsquo;inactivit&eacute;. Ces CAN fonctionnent sur une seule alimentation de 5 V et ne consomment que 50 mW &agrave; 1M&eacute;ch.\/s. La consommation diminue lin&eacute;airement &agrave; des vitesses d&rsquo;&eacute;chantillonnage plus faibles et, en mode arr&ecirc;t, elle est r&eacute;duite &agrave; seulement 300 &micro;W.<br \/>\nLa carte de d&eacute;monstration DC1908A permet une &eacute;valuation facile de cette famille de CAN, conjointement avec les cartes de collecte de donn&eacute;es QuikEval DC590B ou PScope DC718.
