Commandant un transistor MOSFET canal-N externe, ce circuit s&rsquo;active si la tension d&rsquo;alimentation chute en-dessous de 7.2 V et &eacute;l&egrave;ve la tension d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e en dessous de 6.8 V. Avec un courant de repos de seulement 11 &micro;A, sa consommation est r&eacute;duite au maximum.<br \/>\nParmi la palette de fonctions de protection, on trouve notamment la limitation de courant cycle-par-cycle, la coupure thermique, avec un seuil &agrave; 170 &deg;C, et la protection contre les surintensit&eacute;s en mode &quot;hoquet&quot;. Le mode de contr&ocirc;le en courant cr&ecirc;te avec correction de pente interne assure la stabilit&eacute; du dispositif sur toute la plage de tension. Ceci permet &eacute;galement de prot&eacute;ger le circuit en cas de courant excessif en coupant l&rsquo;alimentation pour la dur&eacute;e restante du cycle, lorsque la limite de courant est d&eacute;pass&eacute;e.<br \/>\nAvec une fr&eacute;quence de d&eacute;coupage de 2.1 MHz, le convertisseur abaisseur de tension &agrave; deux sorties est destin&eacute; aux syst&egrave;mes d&rsquo;aide &agrave; la conduite sophistiqu&eacute;s pr&eacute;sents dans les v&eacute;hicules modernes. Ses deux canaux sont r&eacute;glables en externe de 0.9 V &agrave; 3.3 V et peuvent fournir jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 1600 mA. Le redressement synchrone assure le tr&egrave;s bon rendement du syst&egrave;me. L&rsquo;int&eacute;gration de fonctions telles que le d&eacute;marrage progressif, la limitation de courant cycle-par-cycle ou la protection thermique par coupure, font que ce composant convient particuli&egrave;rement aux environnements automobiles les plus s&eacute;v&egrave;res.<br \/>\nLe contr&ocirc;leur est propos&eacute; en bo&icirc;tier SO8, et le convertisseur en bo&icirc;tier DFN-10. Ils sont tous deux conformes RoHS et supportent des temp&eacute;ratures de jonction de &minus;40 &deg;C &agrave; 150 &deg;C.<br \/>\n&quot;Le NCV8876 est un circuit standard qui r&eacute;agit automatiquement aux conditions de batterie faible.
