Par opposition, ce contr&ocirc;leur de moteur sans balais assure la commande du moteur par un signal rectangulaire &agrave; 120&deg;, gr&acirc;ce &agrave; une entr&eacute;e mesurant les tensions induites par les 3 phases du moteur, sans n&eacute;cessiter de capteur &agrave; effet Hall.<br \/>\nCe circuit permet une configuration syst&egrave;me simplifi&eacute;e et une taille de circuit imprim&eacute; r&eacute;duite, qui contribuent &agrave; minimiser les co&ucirc;ts de nomenclature et syst&egrave;me. La rotation du moteur peut &ecirc;tre contr&ocirc;l&eacute;e, soit par un signal d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e DC, soit par un signal d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e PWM. Conditionn&eacute; en bo&icirc;tier SSOP24 de 7.8 x 7.6 x 1.2 mm, ce composant est sp&eacute;cifi&eacute; pour fonctionner sous une tension de 5.5 V &agrave; 18 V. Sa plage de temp&eacute;rature op&eacute;rationnelle s&rsquo;&eacute;tend de -40 &deg;C &agrave; +125 &deg;C, ce qui le rend bien adapt&eacute; &agrave; une utilisation dans les environnements tr&egrave;s chauds des compartiments moteur automobiles.<br \/>\nEn outre, ce driver dispose d&rsquo;un certain nombre de circuits de diagnostic et de fonctions de contr&ocirc;le de pilotage, notamment une d&eacute;tection de surintensit&eacute; et un limiteur de courant de pilotage, une d&eacute;tection de temp&eacute;rature excessive, interne et externe, une d&eacute;tection de surtension et une d&eacute;tection de tension Vcc insuffisante.
