Les gestionnaires d&rsquo;&eacute;nergie n&eacute;cessitent des composants p&eacute;riph&eacute;riques de commutation offrant une faible consommation et un fonctionnement &agrave; tr&egrave;s faibles pertes, tout en limitant l&rsquo;espace occup&eacute; sur la carte. Les puces &agrave; haut rendement, fonctionnant sous des tensions plus faibles, permettent d&rsquo;&eacute;tendre l&rsquo;autonomie de la batterie, mais n&eacute;cessitent une commutation &agrave; basse tension.<br \/>\nAinsi, ces commutateurs de charge supportent une tension minimum d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e de 0.75 V et peuvent fournir un courant de sortie allant jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 2 A. Leurs faibles courants de standby et de repos de 1.0 &micro;A et 22 &micro;A typiques et leur r&eacute;sistance &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;tat ON de seulement 18.4 mOhm &agrave; 0.75 V assurent un fonctionnement avec une consommation d&rsquo;&eacute;nergie et une perte minimales.<br \/>\nLa s&eacute;rie se d&eacute;cline en trois mod&egrave;les offrant diff&eacute;rente configurations de brochage de d&eacute;charge et de contr&ocirc;le de sortie. Les TCK207G et les TCK208G disposent d&rsquo;une fonction de d&eacute;charge de sortie int&eacute;gr&eacute;e avec une broche de commande &quot;haut actif&quot; et &quot;bas actif&quot;, tandis que le TCK206G offre seulement une sortie haute active.
