Gr&acirc;ce &agrave; sa conductivit&eacute; thermique de 1.8 W\/m-K, il assure une interface thermique efficace pour un large &eacute;ventail d&rsquo;applications de diff&eacute;rentes puissances.<br \/>\nEn outre, ce mat&eacute;riau bi-composant offre une dur&eacute;e d&rsquo;utilisation de deux heures &agrave; 25 &deg;C apr&egrave;s m&eacute;lange, et polym&eacute;rise en huit heures &agrave; temp&eacute;rature ambiante ou en 10 minutes &agrave; 100 &deg;C.<br \/>\nConditionn&eacute; en seringues, cartouches ou f&ucirc;ts, il pr&eacute;sente une rh&eacute;ologie optimis&eacute;e pour le &quot;dispensing&quot;. De plus, il dispose d&rsquo;un excellent mouillage et reste bien en place en gardant sa forme une fois d&eacute;pos&eacute;. Ceci offre une grande souplesse au niveau de l&rsquo;orientation des composants pendant l&rsquo;assemblage. Son ultra-conformabilit&eacute; r&eacute;duit l&rsquo;effort sur les composants &agrave; des niveaux minimum, et permet de combler le moindre interstice sans la moindre poche d&rsquo;air.
