Ils se caract&eacute;risent &eacute;galement par des limites DCL tr&egrave;s faibles, de 0,001 CV pour des codes sp&eacute;cifiques et 0,005 CV. La s&eacute;lection statistique comporte trois niveaux, S1gma Prime, S1gma Premium et S1gma Pro Custom. S1gma Prime utilise trois processus de s&eacute;lection &eacute;lectrique pour &eacute;liminer les composants non conformes avant diffusion. Premium utilise la technologie propri&eacute;taire Q-Process brevet&eacute;e, conjointement aux trois processus de s&eacute;lection de Prime pour identifier et &eacute;liminer les composants pr&eacute;sentant des d&eacute;rives excessives de param&egrave;tres ou une instabilit&eacute; de fonctionnement. Enfin, le niveau Pro Custom peut faire appel, ensemble ou s&eacute;par&eacute;ment, aux techniques de s&eacute;lection Prime et Q-Process pour identifier et &eacute;liminer les composants en fonction de param&egrave;tres sp&eacute;cifiques. La limite de 0,001 CV de la s&eacute;rie ne peut &ecirc;tre atteinte qu&rsquo;avec les s&eacute;lections correspondant aux niveaux Premium et Pro Custom pour des codes sp&eacute;cifiques.<br \/>\n&quot;Notre nouvelle s&eacute;rie de condensateurs tantale TMJ S1gma apporte aux ing&eacute;nieurs une fiabilit&eacute; deux fois sup&eacute;rieure aux condensateurs tantale de base et le courant de fuite direct le plus faible des mod&egrave;les tantale disponibles aujourd&rsquo;hui &quot;, d&eacute;clare Allen Mayar, directeur du marketing produit chez AVX. &quot;En outre, les trois niveaux de s&eacute;lection statistique avanc&eacute;e S1gma apportent au contr&ocirc;le de processus des am&eacute;liorations essentielles sp&eacute;cifiquement con&ccedil;ues pour les applications professionnelles n&eacute;cessitant une fiabilit&eacute; stricte et un courant de fuite direct extr&ecirc;mement faible.&quot;<br \/>\nCes composants se d&eacute;clinent dans six formats de bo&icirc;tiers EIA, de 1206 &agrave; 2924, sept tensions de fonctionnement de 6,3 V &agrave; 50 V CC et des valeurs de capacit&eacute;s comprises entre 0,22 et 680 &mu;F. Les valeurs de r&eacute;sistance s&eacute;rie &eacute;quivalente (ESR) faible et standard sont propos&eacute;es en option. Dot&eacute;s de temp&eacute;ratures de fonctionnement comprises entre -55 &deg;C et +125 &deg;C, ces condensateurs b&eacute;n&eacute;ficient d&rsquo;une tol&eacute;rance de &plusmn;10 % sur la valeur capacitive et sont &eacute;quip&eacute;s de terminaisons &eacute;tam&eacute;es &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;tain pur (Sn), conformes aux directives RoHS, ou de terminaisons &eacute;tam&eacute;es &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;tain\/plomb (Sn\/Pb) non conformes, les deux versions sur bobines de 7 pouces.<br \/>\nGr&acirc;ce &agrave; leurs caract&eacute;ristiques techniques et de s&eacute;lection, ces condensateurs tantale conviennent particuli&egrave;rement pour l&rsquo;avionique, le m&eacute;dical et les syst&egrave;mes de s&eacute;curit&eacute; ainsi que pour les applications &agrave; longue
