Sa conception d&rsquo;&eacute;quilibreur isol&eacute; peut ramener la charge au niveau le plus haut de la batterie d&rsquo;accumulateurs ou de toute combinaison d&rsquo;&eacute;l&eacute;ments dans la batterie ou m&ecirc;me d&rsquo;une batterie de 12 V utilis&eacute;e en remplacement d&rsquo;un alternateur. Il tire moins de courant de l&rsquo;&eacute;l&eacute;ment qui est en train de se d&eacute;charger, supprimant le besoin en sch&eacute;mas de polarisation compliqu&eacute;s.<br \/>\nCe composant s&rsquo;int&egrave;gre sans probl&egrave;me, via la broche de validation, &agrave; la famille LTC680x de circuits gestionnaires de tension de batterie d&rsquo;accumulateurs, sans logiciel suppl&eacute;mentaire. Il offre aussi un syst&egrave;me de t&eacute;l&eacute;m&eacute;trie, incluant la gestion du courant, de la r&eacute;sistance des connexions et de la temp&eacute;rature quand il est employ&eacute; avec les composants de la famille LTC680x. Lorsque qu&rsquo;il est d&eacute;sactiv&eacute;, il tire de la batterie un courant de repos inf&eacute;rieur &agrave; 20 nA. Pour les applications qui requi&egrave;rent un courant d&rsquo;&eacute;quilibrage plus &eacute;lev&eacute;, plusieurs circuits peuvent &ecirc;tre connect&eacute;s en parall&egrave;le. Ils sont aussi bien adapt&eacute;s &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;quilibrage des batteries d&rsquo;accumulateurs des v&eacute;hicules &eacute;lectriques hybrides que celles des alimentations de secours et des syst&egrave;mes de stockage d&rsquo;&eacute;nergie.<br \/>\nLe LT8584EFE fonctionne avec une temp&eacute;rature de jonction de -40 &deg;C &agrave; +125 &deg;C et la version industrielle LT8584IFE est test&eacute;e et garantie pour cette gamme de temp&eacute;rature. La version pour l&rsquo;automobile LT8584HFE est test&eacute;e et garantie pour fonctionner avec une temp&eacute;rature de jonction de -40 &deg;C &agrave; +150 &deg;C.
