Une seule r&eacute;sistance programme la tension de sortie de 0,4 V &agrave; 32 V et la chute de tension est de seulement 330 mV &agrave; 2,1 A. Il assure une r&eacute;gulation avec une tol&eacute;rance de 0,1% en fonction de la tension d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e et de la charge, ind&eacute;pendante de la tension de sortie. La source de courant 50 &micro;A de r&eacute;f&eacute;rence, r&eacute;gl&eacute;e avec une pr&eacute;cision de &plusmn;1%, g&eacute;n&egrave;re une tension de sortie avec une tol&eacute;rance de &plusmn;2% en fonction de la tension d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e, de la charge et de la temp&eacute;rature. La r&eacute;gulation de la tension de sortie, la largeur de bande, la r&eacute;ponse aux transitoires et le bruit en sortie de 40 &micro;Veff sur la bande de 10 Hz &agrave; 100 kHz demeurent ind&eacute;pendants de la tension de sortie en raison de l&rsquo;architecture en mode direct &agrave; gain unit&eacute; du composant.<br \/>\nUn ensemble unique de circuits internes offre la possibilit&eacute; d&rsquo;une mise en parall&egrave;le de plusieurs r&eacute;gulateurs pour une intensit&eacute; plus forte et une r&eacute;partition de la chaleur, sans avoir recours &agrave; des r&eacute;sistances de d&eacute;lestage externes. La compensation programmable des pertes dans le c&acirc;ble annule les erreurs de r&eacute;gulation caus&eacute;es par les pertes en ligne jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; la charge. Les circuits de gestion du courant de sortie et de la temp&eacute;rature, avec un indicateur de tension r&eacute;gul&eacute;e &agrave; seuil programmable, offrent une gestion du syst&egrave;me et des possibilit&eacute;s de diagnostics ou de correction d&rsquo;erreurs. Les circuits de protection internes contre les erreurs incluent l&rsquo;arr&ecirc;t thermique et la limite d&rsquo;intensit&eacute; du courant avec repliement de caract&eacute;ristique. Ces derniers sont programmables ext&eacute;rieurement. La protection du composant contre l&rsquo;inversion de la tension de batterie et le courant inverse ajoute de la robustesse &agrave; la conception finale.<br \/>\nCe composant est pr&eacute;sent&eacute; en une vari&eacute;t&eacute; de bo&icirc;tiers pour montage en surface, &agrave; performances thermiques renforc&eacute;es, incluant un DFN 16 broches, de 4 x 5 mm &agrave; faible profil de 0,75mm, un TSSOP 16 broches, et un DD-Pak de 7 broches, tous dissipant 2 W dans les applications de montage en surface sans radiateur.
