Le MLX92211 est quant &agrave; lui destin&eacute; aux applications qui n&eacute;cessitent une commutation magn&eacute;tique par effet Hall. Un nouveau code d&rsquo;identification unique 32&nbsp;bits enfoui dans chaque capteur assure la tra&ccedil;abilit&eacute; &agrave; vie.&nbsp;Produits selon un processus technologique CMOS propri&eacute;taire, les MLX92231 et MLX92211 int&egrave;grent un d&eacute;tecteur &agrave; effet Hall &agrave; annulation d&rsquo;offset, un r&eacute;gulateur de tension, et un driver de sortie &agrave; drain ouvert, dans un bo&icirc;tier standard &agrave; 3&nbsp;broches, SIP ou TSOT23. Leur architecture programmable permet de param&eacute;trer pr&eacute;cis&eacute;ment en usine les seuils de commutation et la fonction de compensation thermique int&eacute;gr&eacute;e. Ces caract&eacute;ristiques permettent d&rsquo;obtenir des modules capteurs stables, compatibles avec des aimants &agrave; bas co&ucirc;t, tout en &eacute;vitant des tests en temp&eacute;rature co&ucirc;teux et complexes.<\/p>\n<p>Gr&acirc;ce &agrave; leur plage de tension d&rsquo;utilisation tr&egrave;s large (2.7V &agrave; 24V) et &agrave; leur plage de temp&eacute;rature op&eacute;rationnelle &eacute;tendue (- 40&deg;C &agrave; +150&deg;C), ces dispositifs qualifi&eacute;s AEC-Q100 sont parfaitement adapt&eacute;s aux applications automobiles et industrielles les plus exigeantes. Un limiteur de courant de courant de sortie, et des fonctions de verrouillage en cas de tension insuffisante et de coupure thermique, assurent leur fiabilit&eacute; dans le temps, tout en permettant de r&eacute;duire la nomenclature globale n&eacute;cessaire. Les applications automobiles vis&eacute;es par les MLX92231 et MLX92211 sont notamment les syst&egrave;mes de r&eacute;glage de si&egrave;ge, les capteurs de position d&#8217;embrayage, et les capteurs de feux stop. Ces deux CI sont &eacute;galement bien adapt&eacute;s aux applications industrielles de d&eacute;tection de position, en robotique, dans les &eacute;quipements d&rsquo;automatisation ou de manutention, ainsi que dans la d&eacute;tection de position de vanne ou le contr&ocirc;le de processus.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les MLX92231 et MLX93311 peuvent tous deux fonctionner sous basse tension, ce qui les diff&eacute;rencie des autres capteurs &agrave; effet Hall du march&eacute;, en leur permettant de s&rsquo;interfacer directement &agrave; des microcontr&ocirc;leurs, ou autres CI num&eacute;riques, aliment&eacute;s sous 3V ou moins. Ceci les rend extr&ecirc;mement souples et permet de les utiliser au sein de conceptions hors de port&eacute;e de la concurrence.
