En mode normal, le circuit fonctionne comme un capteur unipolaire classique, avec la sortie s&rsquo;activant en pr&eacute;sence d&rsquo;un champ magn&eacute;tique sud et se d&eacute;sactivant &agrave; sa disparition. Mais lorsque la broche DIAG est activ&eacute;e, il entre dans un mode diagnostic. Cette fonctionnalit&eacute; brevet&eacute;e permet &agrave; un courant de circuler dans la bobine interne, g&eacute;n&eacute;rant un champ magn&eacute;tique. La proximit&eacute; de cette bobine de l&rsquo;&eacute;l&eacute;ment sensible permet &agrave; ce dernier de mesurer le champ g&eacute;n&eacute;r&eacute; par la bobine et d&rsquo;ignorer les champs externes. En mode diagnostic, la sortie du composant sera un PWM de rapport cyclique de 50% lorsque le composant mesure correctement le champ magn&eacute;tique g&eacute;n&eacute;r&eacute; en interne.<br \/>\nCe mode permet de tester enti&egrave;rement le chemin du signal &eacute;lectrique du circuit et ainsi de s&rsquo;assurer d&rsquo;une mesure correcte du signal magn&eacute;tique pour fournir des fonctionnalit&eacute;s pr&eacute;cises du composant.<br \/>\nL&rsquo;utilisation de ce circuit &eacute;limine le besoin de capteurs redondants dans les applications &agrave; s&eacute;curit&eacute; critique et satisfait ainsi la plupart des exigences ASIL (Automotive Safety Integrity Level). De plus, ce composant offre une excellente stabilit&eacute; en temp&eacute;rature gr&acirc;ce &agrave; l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;une technique de hacheur stabilis&eacute; &eacute;volu&eacute;e. Il int&egrave;gre une protection de la sortie contre les courts-circuits, une protection contre l&rsquo;inversion batterie ainsi qu&rsquo;un r&eacute;gulateur qui permet de fonctionner sans alimentation r&eacute;gul&eacute;e.<br \/>\nCe circuit vise les march&eacute;s automobiles et industriels. Il fonctionne sur une plage de temp&eacute;rature allant de -40 &deg;C &agrave; +150 &deg;C et est propos&eacute; dans un petit boitier SOT 23W &agrave; 5 broches.\n<\/p>\n<p><a
