Il accepte une gamme de tensions d&rsquo;entr&eacute;e de 4,5 V &agrave; 38 V et g&eacute;n&egrave;re une tension de sortie fixe de 0,6 V &agrave; 3,5 V avec une pr&eacute;cision de &plusmn;0,5%, dans la gamme de temp&eacute;rature de -40 &deg;C &agrave; 125 &deg;C.<br \/>\nSur la carte, deux amplificateurs diff&eacute;rentiels procurent une mesure d&eacute;port&eacute;e vraie des deux tensions de sortie. Jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 12 phases peuvent &ecirc;tre mises en parall&egrave;le et synchronis&eacute;es en opposition de phase afin de minimiser le filtrage en entr&eacute;e et en sortie. Quand les deux sorties sont en parall&egrave;le, le contr&ocirc;leur maintient un d&eacute;s&eacute;quilibre des courants entre les deux phases inf&eacute;rieur &agrave; &plusmn;5%, ce qui le rend appropri&eacute; pour les tr&egrave;s fortes demandes en intensit&eacute; pouvant aller jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 360 A. Les fronti&egrave;res programmables de l&rsquo;intensit&eacute; et la compensation de temp&eacute;rature de la DCR limitent, avec pr&eacute;cision, l&rsquo;intensit&eacute; maximum en sortie dans la gamme de temp&eacute;rature.<br \/>\nCe circuit fonctionne &agrave; fr&eacute;quence fixe pouvant &ecirc;tre s&eacute;lectionn&eacute;e entre 250 kHz et 720 kHz, ou synchronis&eacute;e &agrave; une horloge externe. Les puissants contr&ocirc;leurs de grille canal N de 1,1 ohm int&eacute;gr&eacute;s minimisent les pertes de commutations du MOSFET. Le r&eacute;glage de la limite d&rsquo;intensit&eacute; peut &ecirc;tre effectu&eacute; &agrave; partir de tr&egrave;s faibles tensions, de 10 mV &agrave; 30 mV, afin de minimiser la perte de puissance. Le second canal poss&egrave;de un circuit &agrave; r&eacute;ponse rapide aux transitoires qui am&eacute;liore les appels de courant dans la charge jusqu&rsquo;&agrave; 30%.<br \/>\nLes caract&eacute;ristiques suppl&eacute;mentaires comprennent le r&eacute;glage du d&eacute;marrage progressif ou du suivi de tension, la limitation du courant par repliement de caract&eacute;ristique, la restauration progressive apr&egrave;s un court-circuit, une protection contre les surtensions en sortie et un gestionnaire de la tension r&eacute;gul&eacute;e en sortie.<br \/>\nCe composant est encapsul&eacute; en bo&icirc;tier QFN 40 broches, de 6 x 6 mm.
