Optimis&eacute;e par un moteur de simulation EM hybride par &eacute;l&eacute;ments finis selon l&rsquo;approche &quot;pleine onde&quot;, cette suite permet l&rsquo;analyse compl&egrave;te de l&rsquo;int&eacute;grit&eacute; du signal au sein d&rsquo;une m&ecirc;me interface utilisateur. <br \/>\nL&rsquo;outil SIwave-DC cible l&rsquo;analyse DC des bo&icirc;tiers IC et des PCB basse tension et forte intensit&eacute; afin d&rsquo;&eacute;valuer les marges de tension critiques de bout en bout pour garantir la fiabilit&eacute; des puissances d&rsquo;alimentation. Il v&eacute;rifie notamment que les caract&eacute;ristiques du r&eacute;seau telles que dimensions des bump, ball, pin et piste de cuivre, conviennent pour limiter les pertes, et identifie les zones o&ugrave; une densit&eacute; de courant excessive cr&eacute;e des points thermiques chauds afin de r&eacute;duire le risque de d&eacute;faillance.<br \/>\nSIwave-PI inclut toutes les fonctions de SIwave-DC plus celles d&rsquo;analyse du courant alternatif (AC) pour mod&eacute;liser les r&eacute;seaux de distribution d&rsquo;alimentation et la propagation du bruit sur les circuits imprim&eacute;s. Au moyen d&rsquo;algorithmes g&eacute;n&eacute;tiques sophistiqu&eacute;s, il permet de sp&eacute;cifier plusieurs contraintes intervenant dans l&rsquo;optimisation des performances comme le prix du condensateur, leur nombre total, la valeur d&rsquo;imp&eacute;dance du r&eacute;seau, etc. Pour garantir la pr&eacute;cision des simulations, en particulier la d&eacute;pendance en fr&eacute;quence, les condensateurs utilisent comme mod&egrave;les des fichiers de param&egrave;tre S. De plus, le moteur d&rsquo;extraction &eacute;lectromagn&eacute;tique Full-wave tient compte des effets de la position physique du condensateur et de la technique d&rsquo;assemblage. Cet outil accro&icirc;t nettement la productivit&eacute; en automatisant les op&eacute;rations de s&eacute;lection, de positionnement et d&rsquo;optimisation des condensateurs de d&eacute;couplage pour les bo&icirc;tiers de circuits int&eacute;gr&eacute;s et les cartes de circuits imprim&eacute;s.<br \/>\nCombinant l&rsquo;ensemble des fonctionnalit&eacute;s pr&eacute;c&eacute;dentes, SIwave ajoute un moteur robuste de simulation de circuit dans le domaine temporel, autorisant la conception et la validation de l&rsquo;int&eacute;grit&eacute; du signal de bout en bout du syst&egrave;me.<br \/>\nLes ing&eacute;nieurs qui analyse l&rsquo;int&eacute;grit&eacute; du signal peuvent importer facilement les donn&eacute;es de CAO &eacute;lectronique, extraire des mod&egrave;les d&rsquo;interconnexion pr&eacute;cis, valid&eacute;s bien au-del&agrave; du GHz pour le circuit int&eacute;gr&eacute;, le bo&icirc;tier et le circuit imprim&eacute;, inclure des mod&egrave;les d&rsquo;attaque et de r&eacute;ception au niveau du transistor et proc&eacute;der &agrave; l&rsquo;analyse de validation du signal, d&rsquo;adaptation d&rsquo;imp&eacute;dance et d&rsquo;optimisation du syst&egrave;me de distribution d&rsquo;alimentation. <br \/>\nCette solution inclut les principales analyses IBIS (Input\/Output Buffer Information Specification), comme Power-Aware IBIS et IBIS-AMI autorisant une validation virtuelle du syst&egrave;me.
