Cette solution s\u2019adresse aux concepteurs d\u2019\u00e9quipements grand public et industriels souhaitant optimiser la compacit\u00e9, l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique et la simplicit\u00e9 de leurs architectures de puissance.<\/p>\n<p>Avec ce composant, Toshiba propose une approche int\u00e9gr\u00e9e permettant de r\u00e9duire le nombre de composants tout en maintenant des performances \u00e9lectriques \u00e9lev\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h4>Une int\u00e9gration compl\u00e9mentaire pour simplifier la conception<\/h4>\n<p>Le SSM6L826R combine un MOSFET \u00e0 canal N bas\u00e9 sur le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 UMOSVIIH et un MOSFET \u00e0 canal P reposant sur le proc\u00e9d\u00e9 UMOSVI, r\u00e9unis dans un seul bo\u00eetier de 2,9 \u00d7 2,8 \u00d7 0,8 mm. Cette int\u00e9gration permet de remplacer des configurations discr\u00e8tes multiples par une solution unique, r\u00e9duisant la complexit\u00e9 des sch\u00e9mas et l\u2019encombrement sur les circuits imprim\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Cette architecture est particuli\u00e8rement adapt\u00e9e aux applications de commande moteur, notamment pour les moteurs BLDC monophas\u00e9s, les moteurs \u00e0 courant continu \u00e0 balais ou encore la commutation de charges dans les lignes d\u2019alimentation.<\/p>\n<h4>Des performances \u00e9quilibr\u00e9es pour une efficacit\u00e9 optimis\u00e9e<\/h4>\n<p>Le composant se distingue par des valeurs de r\u00e9sistance RDS(ON) faibles et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9es, atteignant 46 m\u03a9 maximum \u00e0 10 V pour le canal N et 45 m\u03a9 maximum \u00e0 \u201310 V pour le canal P.
